No, you can't change the button. No, it doesn't count as one of the three adblocks allowed per page.

No, you can't, and it wouldn't work anyway. Each link served is unique and cannot be reused, just as with ad units.

You'd have to know javascript well enough to extract the correct link url in real time.. Since it's a TOS violation it's not worth the effort.
