Zygoot is correct. You probably are seeing channel data overlap. For example, say you have 2 URL channels:
domain.com
domain.com/information
The domain.com channel will track data on domain.com/information as well, so the stats are tracked twice. This might explain why you're seeing higher stats in your channels than in your aggregate totals.

This may not be really important in the wash up and I am working on low income at the moment but I would like to understand and it is really confusing me at the moment.
I have 20 Channels they are all pages including the Index page, all on the one site. In the channel data report all the pages are listed with details and it certainly does not look like the Index page is including the other 19 pages in its totals. Most of my visiters would be directed to the Index Page and then move on to the other pages from there. There is a site index on every page. Does this mean the Impressions, for instance, are being reduced by "a number" on the Index page for whatever reason? I hope I am explaining things right here sorry for any confusion.
Thanks again ,
John.
