adsense/amazon question please

Is it a violation if I use a amazon search on the same page as a google ad-search?

Also, are any amazon banners in violation with adsense? Because there are amazon banners where it has dynamic links on it that changes with refresh.

I don't think that there is any violation with what you mentioned. It may be better to send an email to Google just to make sure.
