Trouble with ad context and support not helping

I am having trouble with ads on one page on my site. I have contacted support giving fine detail of the problem and I am getting generic replies sent back and it is driving me up the wall. One solution to the problem may be some code that I think I have seen mentioned here on the forum before.

It is placed around certain parts of your page to help give "weight" to the context of adverts.

Can anyone help with this? Thanks.

BTW, whats wrong with the Google search (as reccomended by WebmasterWorld), it brings up nothing?
