What did Google give last Christmas as present?

I'd like to see a 5% to 10% bonus like people who work for real companies see. (Well that's what my wife gets). If they would do that I would promise to face toward the Google HQ and pray once a day to the great Santa Google.

I really like my Google radio. Having said that, I enjoyed my visit to the Millennium Dome (UK webmasters will appreciate the sadness of this thought!).

I got the clock. It's great but my fascination with it has worn off. The year before people got USB thumb drives. I sincerely appreciate any gift Google wants to send but a thumb drive seems the better gift.

I need a new alarm clock. One that matches the mood radio I got last year would be nice. I hope the dials on my new alarm clock light up and it comes with a verbal countdown until time to get up. "Warning!", in a bright yellow glow, 20 minutes of rest time remaining. Then, "warning", in a bright orange glow, 10 minutes of rest time remaining. Finally, in red... get moving now or burn... kinda like the Google heat map.

Last year they sent me a little pocket-sized spiral-bound flip chart entitled "8 tips to optimize AdSense" or some such, while everyone else was bragging on their radios.

I just got a Google "Holiday" card yesterday! Maybe that will be it this year...it's the thought that counts really!

The challenging part is, once they send a present it generally becomes expected that they will do it again. If they never sent the first one all would be well and we wouldn't be the wiser;)

I worked for a company that gave INCREDIBLE bonuses when times were fat, but when times were hard and they couldn't do it there were disgruntled employees crying for their Christmas bonus. Sad really:) (This is not to say that Google is having lean times mind you! Just that if we get something we should be thankful)

I agree with TammyJo. It wasn't that long ago that we were making $200 a month for advertising space on our websites. Adsense changed all that and I am thankful. I'll take part of my income this month and buy myself a new laptop :) Thanks, G!
