Last couple of weeks, I emailed adsense support about some confusion in their TOS and after two or three verification, he/she answered me with a positive result.

My inquiry was, Would I violate adsense TOS if I implement my strategy on displaying ads.

But, I`m still confused.

So, I emailed them again, sighting the specific paragraph of the TOS. After a coupled of days, he/she emailed me with something that withdraw his/her earlier reply, after, he/she said, consulting to his/her colleague. He/She explained that my plan is against to TOS.

I`m just wandering. What if I followed his/her earlier advice? Maybe now, my account has been suspended.

But the main point is, even the adsense people doesnt know Adsense TOS well.

unless you give a clue on what your mean by "implement my strategy" no one could give you a response to your question?

The terms are intentionally vague... gives their lawyers plenty of room to maneuver in the event they wind up in court.

" unless you give a clue on what your mean by "implement my strategy" no one could give you a response to your question? "

Yup, I specifically stated it on my email. I just didnt say it here, in this forum.

He doesn't want to give away his secret strategy.

jcmiras, if you don't want to go into detail, fine, but why post this in the first place? This is a place for us to learn from each other. Without the information you won't post, all we learn is that in YOUR opinion, AdSense staff sometimes have problems interpreting the TOS.

jcmiras, are you seeking attention or just trying to get your post count higher because the whole point of this forum is to post a question and get an answer, except in this thread where you decide to post everything bar the question you seek an answer for

where is the logic and common sense in that....?

do you really think you have found something special, do you think that no one else is doing your "secret strategy" on displaying ads, your scared of sharing it.....yeah right...Mwahahahaha

Just like what other people do here. Not asking a queston nor expecting an answer just sharing some experience.

My point is,
"even the adsense people doesnt know Adsense TOS well."

Always keep copies of emails from the Adsense people as evidence and backup in the case of a misunderstanding.

I think your post is important and thanks for letting us know that no one knows the TOS - especially G support.

The Adsense TOS (like many TOS's) are vague. That's probably intentional so that they can deal with situations on a case-by-case basis. If they say, "No competing ads" they get to define on the fly what "no competing ads" means. Otherwise they'd have to define, explicity, what "competing" means which would be either too vague for some and too explicit for others.

Had the exact opposite. Mailed Adsense support about my secret strategy for making $ 25.000 a month.
They fully understood and said I could start right away.

If you were making making $25,000 a month you certainly wouldn't be hanging around here.

Dunno Bill. If I would be making $ 25.000,- a month, perhaps I would have fun reading threads of folks who are scared sh@tless when their earnings go down from 0,37 to 0,00. Although I must admit that kind of problem was a serious issue for me during my first month with Adsense.

And as for my secret strategy: it wasn't there anymore when I woke up.
So back to the real world and my attempts to pass the $ 10,- a day mark! And after 8 months of Adsense I still consider that a challenging task!
