I am in the EU, and I am very curious about the whole VAT scenario. So far I was under the impression that for our Adsense revenues we do not have to charge VAT, because the contract is with Google Inc. in the US.

Please enlighten me. Why did you get that cheque from Google, and what impact does it have to your VAT situation?

I got a cheque today too. I think it's VAT paid for Adwords. Too bad it will cost me more to cash the cheque then it is worth.
