Possiblity of trojan on AdSense code?

NAV blocking aplet in my site

I have noticed today NAV blocking a trojan.downloader on my site. It's blocked and IE shows a java exception after loading the page. I am looking at the server side, but all seems clean.

Anyone experienced this while running AdSense, or should I discard this as a vector?
