We often see adverts for google adsense appearing. This could be affiliates advertising the adsense program.

However, if google are advertising the adsense program internally, and someone clicks on the ad, do we get paid?

As far as I'm aware, the only time you don't get paid is for PSA's (or fraudulent clicks).

So do we get paid if visitors click on "internal" ads advertising the google adsense program, and any idea how much the cpc's on these clicks are?

I remember Jenstar, the Mod of the AdSense forum and by far the most knowledgeable person in the world when it comes to contextual adverts, checked and Google said yes, you do get paid.
