My server is located in USA. Does this constitute U.S Activities for google tax purposes? I am otherwise located in UK.

Cut and paste from google tax info:

"U.S. Activities include, but are not limited to, owning a web server or owning a hosting service in the U.S., or having employees in the U.S. who are involved in either:

1. setting up Publisher's web server, hosting service, or website"

Is it your server, or are you renting it from a company? I would think that if you just rent the server from a US company, that clause does not apply.

However, I am not Google, and I think you're on the safe side if you ask them directly.

I just rent it.

I could ask google - but so, so many people here must have come across this issue before. Anyone that can help out?

I rent my server from a company in the US, although I am entirely based in the UK. I contacted google about this, and it doesn't constitute US activities, because technically you are not earning money in the US, the webhosting company is, from you :)

If you just rent it then you have no U.S. activities.
