Can asrep detect a single visitor clicking a single ad more than once?

Can asrep (trial version) detect a single visitor clicking a single ad more than once?

My adsense stats show more clicks than asrep - perhaps the discrepency is due to a single user clicking an ad more than once, something asrep cannot pick up on.
