Statistics not updated or banned?

Hi everyone,
i read something about the drop of the CTR % in these days but my case is really strange. I had an average CTR of 0,5% in November. Now since the 1st of December i noticed this drop:

1 dec - 0,5%
2 dec - 0,2%
3 dec - 0,2%
4 dec - 0,1%
5 dec - 0,0%

Only 1 click on the 5th december but 0,00 $ as revenue.
No drop in pageviews.

What's happened? Am I banned? On my web site Ads are displaying well as in the past.

I think it's slow or my stats have also taken a dive.
