Slightly different URL, big results difference

XXXX.com shows PSA's / www.XXXX.com Ads

If I visit my own page at:
[example.com...]

I see PSA's. If I visit:
[example.com...]

I see properly targetted advertisements. What's up?

Google sees those as two completely different URLs.

Please have a look at the Terms of Service at the bottom of this page. The mods may delete your post for mentioning your URL.
