I have a one page site which collect links on my own niche. I don't build my own content. Is this ok with Google? I don't want to get my Google adsense account banned for this. Thanks for your input!

As long as there is content on the page. You can't just have it on a page of links. I have several sites that just have one page and adsense.

I have two links pages, each link with my own description of it... is that deemed 'content' in google tos?

If I select those links carefully and write my own opinions about those sites. Will Google think my site has unique content?

It might be good to ask Google in this specific case, but of course links are content.

A page of random links would be a pretty lousy fit for AdSense anyway, because it would be hard to target ads effectively, but if the links are organized or annotated or add value in some other way then of course they count as content.

As long as there is content on the page.

Unless you're one of the premium publishers, of course. Then you can seemingly do anything you want.

I have it running on a 1-page webcam site. Nothing but the webcam image, h1, and about 5 outbounds. When AdSense first came out, this was the site I used to apply. They turned me down but sent a letter of acceptance several months later.

let's assume you put your links into image buttons. no matter how you select or classify these links on your web page, this alone is no content imho.

or if you only have text links on your page, as long as the link text is not descriptive (e.g. you only display some urls) and there is no further description for their use, it's no real content.

a link per se is no content.
