i just want to know that how google know that the person has clicked on his own ads?
I am sorry to have to tell you this, but they don't have to. For them, it might be sufficient that the clicks happened. That is why they never accuse anyone of fraud, just that fraud happened in the account.
Because we don't know the actual procedures the process might not be fair or just. But one thing is certain and that is some people will consider the process of canceling an account unfair until the mechanics are disclosed.
