Graphics Next to Adsense Ads

I just saw what I believe to be the ultimate in creativity for a MFA scraper site.

When going through my site log today there was a referral from the typical junk MFA site, but it had a catchy graphic. On the left side of the adsense block was an image of a nice-looking woman with her arms stretched out toward the adsense ad, as if she were directing your attention to it. Though it was cute, isn't this against the terms of service for AdSense?

Google has indicated that graphics such as arrows are forbidden, but that you can align images with where you expect ads to appear (e.g., on a page about computers, have four images of computers/components arranged horizontally above a leaderboard). What you describe sounds more like the arrow; something designed to draw undue attention to the ads.

It definitely works like an arrow, and what the graphic implies is that you should click on the adsense ads that the woman is pointing out for you. There is no other content on the page other than snippets stolen from other pages. Though I get fewer referrals from sites like these than I used to I still find them annoying.

Thanks to God, people aren't as fool as you might be thinking. If they want to click, they will. Nothing can logically force them to click unless they don't want to see what's behind the ad. Also, Adsense isn't new and I beleive a considerable percentage of Internet users are aware that what they're about to click are actually ads.
