Adsense constantly showing one non-relevant ad.

Also: "Feedback - Ads by Google" =?

A few days ago I asked a question about why my ad units were sometimes showing 1 long ad instead of the 4 ad skyscraper, and 1 wide ad instead of the 2 ad banner.

This is still happening on my site (mostly just the banner now), only today I have noticed the banner showing one ad that has absolutely nothing to do with the content of my site. It's as random as can be. It's not a PSA. It's just as if I had a site about DVD players, and there was an ad for apples.

I'm wondering what is causing this to happen? It's not doing it on every page, but it is doing it pretty consistently on certain pages. Sometimes if I hit refresh, normal relevant ads show up. But, then I hit refresh again and the one "apples" ad is back taking up the whole ad unit. Why is this happening and what does it mean?

Also, I'm not sure if this relates to what I just mentioned, but after I hit refresh one of the times and normal ads returned, it said "Feedback - Ads by Google" under it. I don't remember ever seeing the "Feedback" part before. What's that about, and could it have anything to do with my first question?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Why don't you filter that site and see if that works. I believe what will happen is you will get yet another off topic ad - play with it first and see what happens.

Is that a good idea? As I understand it, for a non-relevant ad to stay on a site it is going to have to increase the bid price, thereby driving the price of ads up on that page.

If the ad appears because of poor targeting by Google, emailing Adsense and asking them to reset the page might be a better option.
