I just wonder, if an ads appeared in "large rectange" and the same ads appeared in "leadertop" - if clicked will give me the same revenue?

Because I refuse to used the same layout with large rectangle in the middle on all of my pages. But if this will reduced my earnings, I prefer to stay with it. Some advise needed. Thanks

It may or may not. But the google heat map [https://www.google.com/support/adsense/bin/answer.py?answer=17954] may help you decide heat area of visitors i.e. where you are most likly to get attention from site visitor.

The bid value of the ads should be the same. You might get a different CTR.

I have never used a large rectangle on my site. I've tried leaderboards. What I like best and find gets the best CTR are the narrow skyscrapers, set on the left-hand side of the page, and starting where the content starts (i.e., below the top of page content and title).

The visitor can't help but look at them when they start reading the content, and then the ads stay with them to some extent as they scroll down....
