Adsense Referral as an alternate ad

Can I use the adsense Referral button as an alternate ad such that it will substitute the PSA's?

It might be better to write an alt-ad that promotes advertizing on your site.

If you sell ads directly, just link to your appropriate page.

If you don't sell ads directly, or don't want to, maybe you could link to the new "advertize here" thing that Google has just opened up. I don't know if Google would allow that, but I don't see why they wouldn't. Ask them to be sure first though.
