Can I show Adsense ads only to visitors not in my country?

If would be foolish to give people ads and send them away from pages where you are trying to sell them something. But if you only ship to one country then visitors from elsewhere would benefit from Adsense ads on those pages.

When you visit a page Adsense obviously works out which country you are in before deciding on what ads to serve you. Is it possible for me to do something so that visitors from my country don't see ads but visitors from anywhere else do? (The site is a Frontpage 2K site on a Windows 2K server).

I agree with you Macro. That's why I don't have ADS on the best of my websites that get me all the business. If I am selling SEO on one website and teh title is Search Engine Optimization, Adsense will show SEO related ADS. and there I go.

Quite simple, get on of the free ip databases such as ip2country or ip2location, then check the visitors IP and decide to either show the adsense code, or perhaps a inseite ad instead (an ad for some feature on your own site).

Killroy, that's the part I have trouble with :-(
How can it be achieved? I'm not very technical but is there a way it can be done on a Frontpage website - without screwing something up?
