Chitika's "Adsense compatible code"

I just got my Chitika account accepted today, (probably jumping the gun since I have no raffic yet) and I noticed they have code that allows you to maunally insert the keywords for targetting. (Thus chitika ads are not "contextual" in the same sense that Adsense is)

They claim to have done this in response to user requests that their code be made Adsense compaitble, so my question is, do you think Google knows this? Or will they just see Chitika ad-blocks, assume they are contextual and suspend your account?
