Yes. Google sends out 1099s at the end of the year.

Alternatively, ff you don't want to pay tax, you can just move somewhere where you won't be protected by the US military, won't be eligible for Social Security, won't be driving on federal highways, etc. etc. etc. There may still be some small islands in the Pacific that are unclaimed by any nation.

[edit] What do you mean by non commercial and privately run? If you are making money from it, then you are making business income and should report it, if I remember correctly, on schedule C. Of course, on schedule C you also deduct your business expenses.

If you've never dealt with business income before and have a lot of it, you might find it worthwhile to get a professional tax preparer to take care of it. Personally, I find that if I take the time to read the IRS documentation, it's not too hard to do, especially with a tax software program.

If you're going to be unethical about your taxes, can you complain about other unethical practices like made for AdSense sites, scraper sites, please click on my ads sites?

I don't see how "non commercial" has any meaning here if you are running ads on the site.

The short answer is yes, income is income, and you have to pay tax almost no matter where in the world you live. And if you're in the US then Google will also report the amount to the IRS.

Better to pay the proper amount of taxable income now and not 5 years from now including penalties, taxes, and accrued interest when someone rats you out to the IRS. Remember, they're worse than the Mafia, they'll take everything!

I think it is ok not to pay taxes as long as you don't get caught.

You can also move to San Francisco - at least their are no military recruiters there
