I suppose you could watch them best and see which suits you most. I monitor the page views as there are several ads on same page and I find it less confusing.

I'm getting very different CTRs for the two options and I'm concerned I might be going over the "acceptable" threshold (if there's one) for fraudfree CTR.

I'm curious what AdSense publishers and Google monitor? I'm tempted to think it's not Page CTR is because it doesn't seem to take into account multiple ad units on a single page.
