Well, I haven't heard of anyone getting their account reactivated after they have been suspended for fraudulent reasons.

Once you have had your account suspended, you can not get a new account for either that domain or a new account in the same publisher's name but with a different domain. Someone recently reported not being able to get a new account after being suspended, even when using different details when signing up for the new account.

If you have been suspended, that check they sent you is still cashable. Some members here have been suspended but still were able to cash their last checks without any problems whatsoever.

I am not sure about any earnings you have made since the last check was sent. You are best to contact Google directly to find out if they will be sending a final payment, or if the check you have now is your final payment.

Iamwebmaster I really dont think Google is interested in small scale fraud or cheating publishers by stopping payments of their cheques irrespective of the circumstances once they have been sent. Remember they are looking out for IPO and such publicity is not what the require.

Getting back to what you asked, dont click on their ads, dont double serve. Confirm to the TOS and the only work you have to do is meet the bank manager every month and hand him over your $ cheque for "confirmation" as you put it.

There is probably little you can do. It doesn't make financial or business sense for Google to keep publishers in the program that are producing fraudulent clicks.

It's not good to make Quick Money. Better sign a new account with Adsense and be fair. And you could receive another thre figure income in USD> :-)

Your old site is now blocked from ever showing AdSense again, unless AdSense manually lifts the block from that site. And chances are, if you try and sign up again, they will reject your application, since you were initially suspended for fraud.
