Adsense Referrals with Sites that Dont Follow TOS

Google's looking to have people use their services, either Firefox with Google Toolbar or refer people to AdSense. In the past google has not allowed these type of advertisements on certain type of sites, some of which being adult.

Are the rules different for the referral network ads or still the same. In my opinion a web surfer is still a surfer using the product or learning about the service. Will I be penalized for placing the ads on sites that I know shouldnt serve standard adsense?

Any way for these rules to be altered for the referral network section in the adsense :)

:) I think exceptions should be made though for the referral network. A web browser is a web browser and if you get someone to make the switch its still a switch :)

But maybe this is just me wanting to get some of my 'other' surfers to switch over to Firefox also and me make money off the switch.
