Miva search results and Google ads on same page

If you are providing google search results and miva search results on the same page then it is against Adsense TOS from what I have read...

"If You have elected to receive Search Results on any Site(s), You agree that Google will be the exclusive provider of Internet search services on such Site(s)."

but I am not 100% sure whether adsense ads are considered "search results" or not.

I am doing that since a couple years and G seems to be OK with it since miva links are non-contextual.
