Deleting Channels, Lost Earnings

Yesterday I decided to spend a bit of time updating my adsense channels so that I could more readily identify where people were clicking. In the process I deleted a couple of channels and my days income and stats dropped by what I guess was the amount those channels had earned. I figured that Google would sort it all out overnight but no, the income seems to have gone.

Anyone else seen this? I guess you should delete channels only when there is no income booked on them.

Does it affect your aggregate earnings? I can't imagine what you say would be truly a case of income disappearing. If it is then there's something seriously wrong at Google!

Yes it seemed to affect agregate earnings. I wasn't looking at the figures exactly and AdSense stats have been a bit glitchy at times. I'm not going to retest though.

It's probably just a coincidence. We use the maximum number of channels so add and delete channels all the time, without any problem.
