Displaying only paid listings

I would like to display 100% paid listings when using the Google-Search on my site in order to get paid for every click, is this possible?

Using the Google search box there are also free sites listed, which is a problem.

The "free sites listed" are the search results. If you don't want to display Google search results, then remove the Google search tool.
