What should I do with a warning email from Google?

I am quite new to google adsense.

I clicked some (less than 4) ads on my site, in fact I am very interested in the information behind the ads, to be frank, the owners of those ads were my competitors, so I am really intersted in their products, and would like to take a look at them (of course with no intention to buy them). And this morning, I received google`s warning mail, how can I do with it? Thanks for your kindness!

You said it was a "warning" e-mail, so I guess you're still in the AdSense network.

My advice would be to heed the warning. If you continue stealing money from your competitors by clicking on their ads when you have no intention of buying, you'll have no one to blame but yourself when AdSense cancels your account.

I think Google are very suspicious of any adsense partner that clicks on advert on his/her own site. The specifics you gave....
"(of course with no intention to buy them)" are enough to put the red flags up.

Every time you click on an adsense ad simply to spy on your competition you are effectng the ROI of the advertizer.

To be honest I tend to mouse over an ad to see the url then type in the address. It makes things a lot less complicated. You can then choose to bar an advertizer from your adsence control panel.

Clicking on ads is just asking for trouble IMOI.

Everyone makes mistakes, it is clear that you realize you made one. The one problem that I see is that if some other "out of the ordinary" events gets picked up by fraudbot, then it will be more difficult to get Google to work with you or give you the benefit of the doubt.

If you would like to add a URL to your filter list but the path is not visible, please do not click on the ad to retrieve the URL. Clicking the ads on your site will artificially drive up advertiser costs. You can obtain the URL in one of two ways:

Mouse over the title of the ad.
The URL will appear in the bottom left of your web browser.
Copy-and-paste.
Right-click on the title of the ad.
At the bottom of the menu that appears, click 'Properties.'
The destination URL will appear beside 'Address: <URL>.'
(The URL relevant to your filter list only includes everything after '/url?q=.')
