Does Google keep asking you for your phone number?

Each time you log into Adsense...

It kept doing that then I realised that my mobile had changed so I gave them my new number. I still kept getting the message to check my phone number. So I checked it today and it turns out I mis-typed the number so I've just corrected it.

Is this "please check your phone number" a message that others are getting? Would anyone be willing to temporarily post an invalid number in their account and see if Adsense asks them to check it?

I'm not worried or anything - just curious.

It nags me about it every time too. No number change here in over 2 years.

Yep, get the same message every time I log in. If only my earnings were as reliable as this message... ;)

It is just one of their standard messages they rotate for everyone.
