Page impressions sky high

Page impressions have suddenly jumped well above "normal" for two of my sites, and one is showing a big increase in clicks. I haven't changed anything.

I'd like to start jumping up and down shouting "yippee", but things just don't tally with the page views on the site stats - so should I be worried? Or is this what you guys mean by a "click dump"?

Just checked adsense stats again, and everything is back to normal. Page impressions and clicks are now displaying what I'd expect for the day, and earnings are also depressingly normal :(
