Site in frames.

Do I have to check the "frames" box when generating code?

The format is like this:
index.html loads top.html and body.html

Only body.html have content, do I have to check the "frames" box when generating the code?

I would think it is not needed since I am pasting the code directly into body.html

Is checking the "frames" box a requirement?

Another problem:

If someone click on an ad, the "site title" and the url stays at my site. I think Google doesn't like this, so what do I do?

You would be daft if you did not tick that box!

I use frames on some sites - Google recommend that you ads are in the main frame - and I have always found that targeted ads are delivered.

I assume they allow the code on a framed page? If yes, does that mean they don't mind the advertiser's URL being cloaked? Such as clicking an ad will still display on the address bar as mysite.com and not the advertiser's URL.

What is the 'Framed page' checkbox?
Select the 'Framed page' checkbox if you will be placing your ad code on a page that uses frames. Selecting this option will tell our crawlers to gather content from the appropriate frame, thereby enabling us to serve relevant ads. Please note that your ad code must be included in the same frame as your page's main content in order for our system to display relevant ads.

AdSense presumably knows to load advertiser pages in the main window rather than in the current frame, especially if you tick that box.

I wouldn't recommend clicking on an ad to test it out, but clicking on "Ads by Google" would probably exhibit the same behaviour.

If your site uses frames, you should definitely click on the 'Framed page' checkbox when generating your AdSense code. Also, be sure to paste your code into the body.html frame of your site if that's the primary content frame.

The framed page checkbox (described in more detail at [google.com ]) helps our crawlers target ads to your site's content. This will ensure that you see relevant ads, therefore increasing your site's revenue potential.

Got it, I just needed confirmation it was OK to have framed pages, thanks.
