Then, in that page, put in the CJ ad code that's an appropriate size for the Adsense thingy you're replacing (e.g. 120x600 or whatever). Make SURE that when you create the CJ code, you set it to open in a new window, or the destination page will open in the tiny little frameset of the Google Ads.
Then, when you create your Google code, put in
http://your_site.blah/cj_ad.html
as the "Alternate URL."
You can also write a script to take and rotate several CJ ads like that, and then put in http://your_site.blah/cj_ad.cgi or http://your_site.blah/cj_ad.php (whichever you use) as the alternate ad url.
