Since I have switched to YPN! The revenue has increased by about 50%! The CPM is MUCH better for me, which is great because my users are reluctant to click on ads. Have any of you tried YPN!, if so what are your results?

This is a YPN! topic, not an AdSense topic.

Since it compares Adsense with YPN I think it's also an Adsense post. But I don't really buy jack stuff for that since YPN is not released in Europe yet!

It's not an open program yet is it? As far as I know they're still in test mode and you only get to participate if they decide to invite you. You can register with them to get on their list for "future contact"

i called them up, and said they would have a look at my application as soon as possible, the next day i received a email accepting me to the program.

Just started with yahoo's publisher network this week. The EPC is much better than what we were getting from Adsense but the CTR is far worse because of targeting or advertisers are not interesting my visitors. Overall it seems we come out the same either way.

My advice would be to try the yahoo stuff on low CTR/low EPC pages and see if it does better. All depends on the niche and what kind of advertisers they have in it.

Good luck!

I realy do like google AS, ive only been sing it for a couple of months and I am getting average of $1900 a monthout of it so not complaining that much, BUT I have a certain pag eon my site that gets the most click compared to the others (30% - 35%) but its the lowest paying page for price per click at only 5 cents a pop.

I wish YPN would bring out its service for the UK so I could try it out on that page, to be honest I thought that page would have been my biggest payout but how wrong was I?

for the other pages I have no great intention of swapping google as they do ok for the most part its just this one page?

EPC was really great with YPN when we first started (the week it rolled out in beta). Overtime, however, we have seen it decrease. Still a little better than our Adsense, but considerably lower than when it went out of the gate. As expected (though I was not expecting it to happen so soon)

I was impressed with YPN's customer service. I was able to call someone when I had a question after being accepted to the beta program. Someone called me a few days later to ask if I needed any help in implementing the ads.

Unfortunately, the limited tests that I have done have found YPN to be poorly targetted, leading to much lower clickthrough rates. I can't blame Yahoo! for not having the inventory of ads (as AdWords has lapped Overture) and I definitely won't give up on YPN just yet. However, it's not like the dramatic improvement I found in switching some of my lower performing AdSense pages to Chitika.
