Which SEO metrics to follow if I change my web hosting

TTFB? FID? 500 erros? Crawl stats?

I'm planning to change my web hosting, to another server with different tech specs (CPU, RAM, storage, etc.)

If the SEO metrics are poor, I would revert it back to the original web hosting. Which metrics should I monitorize?
- TTFB: I've found services such as DebugBear or SuperMonitoring
- Core Web Vitals parameters: LCP, LCP..
- Google Search Console: Average Response Time, Total Crawl requests
- Google Search Console: Number of 5XX responses
- Apache logs: actual crawl requests

Any feedback is welcome

Importantly, I wouldn't change anything at-the-time, or directly after you've moved.
If you change multiple things you won't know what's made any impact.
You have to wait for the actual move to settle in the SERPs, imho.

I agree with engine plus do not do it at the moment whilst there is a core update, I'm guessing to wait until it's been completed some time after Xmas then give it at least 1 month, preferably 2 months, before making any comparisons.

Let us know if you notice any significant differences.

If the move is to see if a more capable host (physical/hardware) can produce better results make sure you CHANGE NOTHING in the site setup, other than a DNS redirect to the new host, else you will not have anything to compare. Meanwhile, you will need to maintain, but make invisible, the existing site if you wish to return after your testing period, which will be AT LEAST FOUR MONTHS to make it through all the data centers here, there, and everywhere. The internet is fast, but it is also VAST and updates take time to move through the system.
