Since joining the Coalition for Content Provenance and Authenticity (C2PA) as a steering committee member earlier this year, Google is working on adding features and capability to search by identifying AI imagery, and indicating provenance through the "about this image" explaining if it was created or edited by AI tools.
It's also integrating C2PA into ads to help "enforce key policies."
It's also working on ways to indicate C2PA on YouTube for camera image capture.
