Migrating to a new CMS (AEM) and the schema are going to be in a .txt file. My question is if the schema are in a .txt file (FAQs, website, Breadcrumbs, etc.) will that have a negative effect of them being read by SE's? Will they be read correctly for Rich Results and schema? Any help is appreciated.

They are putting in a .txt file to make it easier to set in the SEO and will call from the file in the site. I just want to make sure that the engines see it and crawl. I know that t-mobile is an AEM construct, the FAQs are correct, except for an unparseable structured issue in Rich results, but schema org does not find an issue.

Are you seeing the correct schema when you view the source code? If you do, and you're getting a rich results error, it would seem that the problem isn't with importing it, but rather the structure of the schema itself.
