I've attempted to search the forum for current discussions on this issue, but have failed. Please point me at any if they exist.
In the meantime, I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing a deterioration in the consistency of Google Trends data. We use DataforSEO to collect it in bulk, and when we test samples of the data directly through the Trends UI, we see the same data, so the problem appears to be from source.
The problem we are encountering is an increasing incidence of historic values changing when downloading the same data over time. Trend data points for last week, last month, last year, five years ago, etc. Are changing more frequently than they used to, and in aggregate appear to be more frequently to hold zero values for expressions.
Are we alone in experiencing this?
