How to create Strategies for educational companies

Hi Everyone,

I have heard this for a long time that creating a strategy is an important step for every organization but the major question is how we can create a strategy for any firm. How to find or create new strategies? How to implement them? How to generate leads from them? How to make changes? last but not least How a single SEO expert can create a strategy for an organization?

If someone could help me in this situation, I would appreciate it!

The organization would need to share their goals with their SEO expert so the strategy to accomplish those goals can be outlined, improved and implemented. If you don't know what they want it is very difficult to help them get it.

Not2easy is right, the organization and or/ company would first need to lay out their business plan and then you can pick up from there.

Your client needs to have a business plan and list of strategic goals/objectives before you can attempt any kind of "strategy!"

They need to tell you. You do not dare guess!
