Links to int. domains in footer?

With our SEO strategy we target 9 different countries and therefore have 9 different domains (e.G. example.fr, example.nl etc.). Would you put all the international domains into the footer of each country's page and can this have a positive SEO effect?

Absolutely, if it's helping your site visitors to find the other country-specific versions. However, assuming you have a headquarters site, for example, a .com, i'd consider adding the links to that, and only having the link on the individual country sites back to the .com, rather than to each country. In other words, the .com has all the links, and the .fr, .de, etc, only links back to the .com.
