How are your new sites doing? Googlebot is crawlinkg very slowly. Inbound links don't work. Am I the only one with this? Do you have these problems with new sites ? (Age 2-3 months).

Insofar as global sites are concerned for at least 9-10 months after I have launched a new site I walk away and leave it for G to do "whatever", only this past few weeks I have seen a site launched last September has started to rank well.
I am currently awaiting for 3 new .coms to begin ranking, they're indexed etc yet rank zip.
For local / regional sites, UK only experience, whilst not immediate certainly good rankings have been achieved in 1-3 months depending upon the volume of competition.

Among the ranking markers is "content". If you are in a highly competitive or cut and paste jungle it might take time for g to get to the site for ranking purposes. The more unique the content, the more likely early ranking will occur.
