How to deal with Backlinks from domain lists?

Recently we noticed a lot of no-follow links coming in from pages like "example.in/domain-list-592" etc. I guess some of you might now these URLs I'm talking about and they appear kinda spammy to me as they just list links on their pages and advertising buying Backlinks. Should I disavow these links so they won't harm the SEO or would you just ignore them? Also, does anyone know how these page owners are getting the domains they link? We never asked to be listed on there.

Those kinds of links are not uncommon and you do not need to do anything. They disappear in a week or two in most cases. They are using really old "SEO" tactics that might have helped their site for a brief time a decade ago. Frequently, if you try to see the site, or visit the source you might find they are gone or worse, the source tries to download malware. Best to ignore them, disavow only claims responsibility.

Often these "lists" are passed around among bad actors and come back from time to time. Keep that in mind when the next batch of bad links comes around!
