Hello,

I am wondering if someone can help me?

When I search for my name. It returns a category below called "Overview", "Books" and so on. What are these categories called and is there a list somewhere of other categories? This is because I might work to include more, like perhaps Podcasts.

Thanks

these are called knowledge panels [support.google.com]:
Knowledge panels are information boxes that appear on Google when you search for entities (people, places, organizations, things) that are in the Knowledge Graph. ...

Knowledge panels are automatically generated, and information that appears in a knowledge panel comes from various sources across the web.
...
If you are the subject of or official representative of an entity depicted in a knowledge panel, you can claim this panel and suggest changes. More information about these processes are available in the following articles...

i don't think you can directly add a "Podcasts" category.
there would probably have to be sufficient podcast sources and/or content in the knowledge graph for G to decide that search result needs a "Podcasts" category.

You know there's going to be a Youtube channel category, if there isn't already. It's Google being Google.

Has anyone figured out definitively if knowledge panels contribute to proof of E.A.T. ?

i would assume having your content "used" by G in a knowledge panel is proof.
