Improper display of cache in website

When we check the cache:https://www... it isnt showing anything in the full version.
What could be the reason and how we can resolve this?

The "cache" search operator does not use a https protocol and it can only show the cached version of one page at a time, not the entire site.

To use the cache operator use a search in this format:

cache:example.com/your/page.html
