Hello again dear masters:

1- We never had http in our website , always redirect from http to https, from day 1
2- There is no any http url inside our pages , all of JS,Images,CSS .. all are https
3- SSL certificate is fine (Not expired)
4- Similar pages were indexed properly
5- New pages (at lease 30 pages) starting from 13th Sep, are not getting indexed and after inspection it shows:
HTTPS is invalid and might prevent it from being indexed >> HTTPS not evaluated (Under 'Enhancements & Experience' section)
6- When trying "Live Test URL" it says: 'URL is available to Google' , no Error at all
7- There is no any error in 'Settings --> Crawl stats'

Any idea?

Probably a coding snafu. HTTPS not being evaluated on a page reporting the URL they crawled was https looks odd, but it's better than the error they were initially putting in that section.

Give them time to work out the bugs. It seems to be a massive overhaul. Doing it in the middle of 3 core updates is brilliant if you want to blame the updates for data being wrong but it looks like butterfingers when it's clearly not the updates.

On the guidelines they are saying that an URL not being indexed can show this error.
I have also issues with URL not being indexed, guess it's a bit of a mess at the moment with all the running updated. And same as you, once I inspect the URL, everything is fine.
