For the record, this is the official list of Google Search Ranking updates from January 2020 onwards, and it says "that are relevant to website owners."

I didn't realize that Google's updates have been so frequent during recent years.

In any case most of the updates in this list are probably minor "fine-tuning" updates, nothing like the big upheavels of the past.
