I have launched a new website <snip> and I want to grow traffic to get AdSense approval. Can anyone guide’s Piz guide to getting Technik to apply on my News Website.

News is a very competitive niche and your site is young. There is no instant way to the top, you need to cultivate a following of visitors by giving them a reason to use your site as their favorite source of information. On the technical side, be sure it is fast and well formatted making it easy to read and easy to find their topic of interest.
If you think first about you users' experience they may come to prefer your site. If it is loaded with pop-ups, ads and signup modals, they may not. Get your traffic first, then think about monetizing.

Make your content twice as good and give it time. As noted above you cater to the user first to build an audience... and that takes time. Adsense is not the only way to monetize a site, might look into those other avenues.
News is a very tough niche, especially with new changes at g which boosts legacy news and downchecks aggregators and cut and paste operations. If you are a news creator (original reporting) you have a better chance.
