Is it a Chinese domain name in Latin characters like example.cn, or a name with Chinese characters?
In the latter case you have to convert the domain name to the IDN equivalent name and put that in your disavow.txt file.Search on Google for "Punycode converter" for sites where you can do the online conversion to the IDN name.

In any case do not spend too much time stressing over it. G is many things, but they are not stupid; they know perfectly well that that hacked spammy Chinese site has nothing to do with you.
