Google is shutting down the old links disavow tool, and after Jan 19, 2021 you should use the new tool to disavow links.

Old disavow tool [google.com...]

New disavow links tool [search.google.com...]

Why does google need a disavow when they already stated they ignore bad links now... Confused.

There is just 1 main operation for this tool to handle and they look exactly the same.
