Website conversions going down without the loss of traffic

One of my website is losing conversions since September last week. We don't have any drop in the traffic and rankings as all of the keywords are still in the high position on Google SERP in the India region. Our major targeted users are from India and all the money keywords are still on the top positions. I have also found that our competitors are running ads for our targeted keywords but we are ranking in number one for these keywords in the organic results but not getting enough conversions when we compared to the previous month. Can anyone help me to find out or resolve the issue?

Maybe you should check whether your products have good experience at your site. For example, maybe they that your products' price are too high or they don't find their target product.

Yes, it can be the case if products pricing and quality is struggling with some new entered competitor, however, earlier I had a similar case for one of our know and there was problem that complete channel was not working to complete the order. I mean users were not able to complete the checkout process that is conversions were going down while his SEO team was looking different factors.
